Spicy Noodles With a Gudetama Sunny-Side-Up Egg

One of my favourite ways to enjoy spicy noodles is with a sunny-side-up egg. Here is how to create a Gudetama sunny-side-up egg.

Ingredients:

I have attached links for some of the ingredients that I used below.

  • Instant Spicy Noodles

  • Seaweed

  • 1 Egg

  • Mozzarella Cheese Slice

Steps:

  1. Take your seaweed and cut out 2 ovals (these will be Gudetama’s eyes) and a half-circle (this will be the outline of Gudetama’s mouth).

  2. Take a mozzarella cheese slice and a toothpick to carve out a half-circle. Remember to make it slightly smaller than the seaweed outline for Gudetama’s mouth.

  1. Cook your instant spicy noodles according to the package.

  2. In a saucepan and on low heat, cook your egg sunny-side-up.

  3. Place your noodles on a plate and place your egg on top of your noodles.

  4. Place your seaweed decorations onto your egg.

  5. Your Gudetama sunny-side-up egg is ready!
