Pompompurin Mango Smoothie Bowl

This 4 ingredient smoothie bowl is super simple to make and cute to eat! Here is how to create this Pompompurin mango smoothie bowl.

Ingredients:

I have attached links for some of the ingredients/items that I used below.

  • 2 Cups of Frozen Mango

  • 2 Tbsp of Plain Yogurt

  • Condensed Milk

  • Dark Chocolate

Steps:

  1. Melt your dark chocolate.

  2. Use dark chocolate and draw Pompompurin’s beret on parchment paper.

  3. After, draw a J and a mirrored J on parchment paper using dark chocolate. These will be Pompompurin’s ears.

  4. Now let’s draw 2 circles for the eyes, a triangle for the nose, and a w for the mouth. Connect the mouth and the nose with a line.

  5. Put the parchment paper into the freezer and wait for 15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

  6. Take your blender and add in your frozen mangoes, yogurt, and condensed milk. This is the blender that I am using. I added 1 Tbsp of condensed milk. If you like it sweeter, add more condensed milk. Add to your liking.

  7. Give it a blend. Once the blender stops blending, use a spoon and give it a mix.

  8. Continue with the process until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.

  9. Optional, in a bowl add a few chunks of mango first before adding the smoothie.

  10. Take your bowl and add in your mango smoothie.

  11. Use a spoon to smooth out the smoothie.

  1. Take out your chocolate pieces from the freezer and decorate your mango smoothie bowl.

  2. Your Pompompurin mango smoothie bowl is ready! Super refreshing, yummy, and healthy.
