Ingredients:
I have attached links for some of the ingredients/items that I used below.
Strawberries
Milk Chocolate Chips
Steps:
Wash your strawberries and then use a paper towel to dry them off. Make sure the strawberries are fully dried before dipping them into the chocolate. Set your strawberries aside.
Let’s now melt our milk chocolate. I am melting the chocolate through a double boiler. Take a saucepan and fill it with 1/2 cup of water. Once it boils, turn your heat to low and place a heat-proof bowl on top. Add in your milk chocolate chips and consistently stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Take your strawberry from the stem and dip your strawberry into your melted chocolate. Make sure to gently twist from side to side to get rid of any extra chocolate.
Place your chocolate-covered strawberry onto your parchment paper. Continue until all your strawberries are covered in chocolate.
Take some of your melted milk chocolate and a toothpick (you can also use a piping bag), and draw 2 small circles. These will be the ears.
Take melted white chocolate and draw an oval. This will be the nose.
Take melted dark chocolate and draw 2 circles for the eyes and a little nose dot.
Place them in the refrigerator or freezer for about 5-10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Your Rilakkuma chocolate-covered strawberries are ready to go! Such a yummy and delicious snack to eat.
