Easy Pusheen Pancakes

This is a very easy and simple pancake recipe. This pancake recipe only requires 1 egg. A cute and adorable breakfast idea. Here is how to create these Pusheen pancakes.

Ingredients:

I have attached links for some of the ingredients/items that I used below.

Pancake Batter:

  • 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Cup of Milk

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 Tbsp of Sugar

  • 2 Tsp of Baking Powder

  • 2 Tbsp of Oil or Melted Unsalted Butter

  • Pinch of Salt

Decoration:

Steps:

  1. Let’s make our pancake batter. In a bowl, combine all the wet ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together (remember to sift the flour).

  2. Combine the dry ingredients with your wet ingredients.

  3. You will need a plastic squeeze condiment bottle. Take your pancake batter and use a mesh sieve to sift out the pancake batter. We want to get rid of any clumps in the pancake batter. Pour the pancake batter into a squeeze bottle, and it’s ready to go.

  4. Add a dash of vegetable oil (or butter) into your pan and have it on low heat.

  5. Use the squeeze bottle to draw the outline of Pusheen first. Let’s begin with the 2 ears and then the face. With the outline, you can now fill it in with pancake batter. Continue until all your pancakes are cooked.

  1. Let’s take some melted dark chocolate and draw on the whiskers, eyes, nose, mouth, and stripes.

  2. You can now pair your Pusheen pancakes with fruits & maple syrup or enjoy them the way they are!
