Pompompurin Egg & Mayo Toast
This egg & mayo toast recipe is very simple to make. Let’s transform this classic into a cute toast. Here is how to create an egg & mayo Pompompurin toast.
Ingredients:

Slice of Bread
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Black Sesame Powder
Salt
Butter
Steps:
Take your seaweed and cut out Pompompurin’s beret, eyes, nose, and mouth.
Boil an egg.
Take the peeled boiled egg and place it in a bowl. Take a fork and smash the egg into little pieces.
Add 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise to the egg and add black sesame powder and salt to your liking and give it a mix.
Toast your slice of bread.
You can spread butter on the toast if you’d like.
Take a knife and spread the egg+mayo into a circle onto the buttered-side toast to make the head of Pompompurin.
Spread the egg+mayo into an oval to make Pompompurin’s ears. Do the same for the other side. You can look at the picture below for reference.
Place your seaweed decorations onto your egg+mayo toast.
