Santa Pompompurin Granola & Yogurt
This is such a yummy and easy snack to make! Such a fun, cute, and delicious way to enjoy granola and yogurt. A cute holiday twist to a classic granola & yogurt. If you are looking for a healthy and cute snack, you need to make this Sanrio food art. Here is how to make a Pompompurin yogurt and granola.
Ingredients:
I have attached links for some of the ingredients that I used below.
Any Yellow Yogurt (I am using apricot yogurt)
Granola. I am using Granola Cereal.
White Chocolate
Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Strawberry
Steps:
Let’s melt our dark chocolate.
Draw Pompompurin’s nose and mouth on parchment paper using melted dark chocolate.
This is optional, but you can also take melted white chocolate and draw a rectangle on parchment paper (this will be the rim of the Santa hat).
Put the parchment paper into the freezer and wait for 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Take your granola and create a donut shape onto your plate. Leave the middle inner circle empty. I am using a jar to get the perfect circle shape.
Take your yogurt and fill in the middle circle.
Take a spoon and some yogurt to create the 2 ears for Pompompurin. You can smooth out your yogurt with a spoon.
Take 2 chocolate chips (these will be Pompompurin’s eyes) and place them on the yogurt.
Take out your chocolate pieces from the freezer and decorate the yogurt to make Pompompurin.
Take a strawberry and cut it vertically in half. Take 1 out of the 2 pieces and place it on top of the yogurt to make the hat.
Take a little bit of melted white chocolate to draw on the pom pom for the Santa hat.
