Simple Pekkle Cheese Toast

Cheese and bread make such a delicious duo! You only need a few ingredients to make this cheese toast. You have to try this Sanrio-themed cheese toast. Here is how to make this Pekkle cheese toast in the toaster oven!

Ingredients:

• Slice of Bread

• Seaweed

• 1 Mozzarella Cheese Slice

• American Cheese Slice

Steps:

1. Cut the shape of Pekkle out with parchment paper or aluminium foil.

2. Place the Pekkle-shaped parchment paper/aluminium foil onto your Mozzarella cheese and trace out the shape with a toothpick.

3. Take the remaining mozzarella cheese and carve out 3 half circles with your toothpick (arc-shaped). These will be Pekkle’s fur at the top. You can look at the picture below for reference.

1. Take your American cheese and a toothpick to carve out Pekkle’s beak. You can also trace out Pekkle’s beak using parchment paper and then place it onto the cheese to trace out the shape.

2. Take your seaweed and cut out 2 ovals. These will be the eyes.

3. Take your seaweed and cut out 2 eyebrows.

1. Place your Pekkle-shaped mozzarella cheese onto your slice of bread.

2. Place your bread in the toaster oven and toast for about 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread has been toasted.

3. Place your seaweed/cheese decorations onto your cheese toast to make Pekkle from Sanrio.
