Keroppi Avocado Toast

This Keroppi avocado toast will definitely bring a smile to your face. This is such a simple and easy way to transform your avocado toast into a Sanrio-themed toast. Here is how to create this cute toast!

Ingredients:

• Slice of Bread

• 1 Avocado

• 1 Mozzarella Cheese Slice

• Salt & Pepper

• Seaweed

• Ketchup

Steps:

1. Let’s make Keroppi’s eyes. Take your slice of mozzarella cheese and create two circles. I am actually using a small jam jar as my cookie cutter to create the circles for Keroppi’s eyes.

2. Take your seaweed and cut 2 small circles. These will be for the eyes. Take your seaweed and cut 2 strips. This will be for Keroppi’s mouth.

1. Toast your slice of bread

2. Mash up an avocado and add a dash of salt and pepper.

3. In a half-circle spread your avocado onto your toast.

4. Place your mozzarella cheese and seaweed onto the avocado toast.

5. Take ketchup and create 2 little circles, one on each side. These will be Keroppi’s cheeks.

6. Your Sanrio-themed avocado toast is complete. Such a yummy and cute way to enjoy avocado toast!
